2. 关闭 Win 自带的防火墙

3. 打开 CMD，输入ipconfig查看自己 IP

1. 打开 [设置]，选择 [网路]，选择 [网络设定连接]，选择 [自定]

2. 其他按默认就好，Proxy 服务器选择 [使用]
